Warranty and Return Policy

1. Our 2-Year Warranty
   
   We stand behind the structural integrity and craftsmanship of our work. Every Grain & Grid piece comes with a 2-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. Because wood is a natural material, this warranty covers the construction and "grid" of the piece, while natural variations in grain or wear-and-tear from daily use are considered part of the furniture's unique character.

2. Return Policy
   
   We want you to love your new furniture. If it’s not the right fit for your space, we offer a 30-day return policy.

   Condition: Returned products must be in the same condition and quality as when they were received, including all original packaging.

   Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the logistics and costs associated with returning the items to our Toronto studio.

3. Custom & Made-to-Order Pieces
   
   Because custom orders are designed and built specifically for your unique needs, they may not qualify for our standard return policy. These are evaluated on an individual basis. However, our top priority is your happiness. If you have concerns about a custom piece, please reach out—if there is a way we can accommodate a return or a modification, we will do our best to make it right.
